The first time I watched Ted Lasso, I was wildly distracted by his shortbread. I had to have some! I headed to the kitchen the next day to perfect my own recipe -- now available to you! Our Classic Shortbread is buttery, crumbly, slightly sweet, and perfectly traditional. Details matter, and we don't settle for fine -- with an ingredient list this short, every one of them matters. We only use European butter and King Arthur flour to produce the absolute best.
