Grown-Up Chocolate Chip Cookies

Bourbon. Browned butter. Dark chocolate. All with a sprinkling of coarse sea salt on top. Don’t get me wrong, kids love these, too (and it's totally safe for them to enjoy these, as well!) … it’s just that it’s hard to share them. This is what I reach for (maybe with a scoop of ice cream on top) when I really need a sweet fix. Proudly made with Ragged Branch Distillery Virginia bourbon.
